FAQ
Answers to your most common questions
Q1:What shipping methods does LiftCore use for overseas orders?
A1:We mainly adopt full container sea freight (FCL) for bulk elevator orders, LCL sea shipment for small batch projects, and air freight for emergency spare part orders. We also support ATA Carnet customs clearance for international exhibition elevator equipment.
Q3:Does LiftCore handle export customs clearance documents?
A3:We prepare all full export documents proforma: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CE/ISO certification, factory inspection reports, and origin certificates required for your local customs clearance.
Q5:How are elevator components packed to avoid damage during long-distance transport?
A5:All precision control parts and cabin decorative materials use shockproof wooden fumigation cases. Steel structural components are wrapped in anti-rust film with reinforced steel frame packaging. Each container load has fixed anti-collision strapping to prevent shaking during ocean transit.
Q2:How long is the production & delivery lead time after deposit payment?
A2:Standard complete elevator orders take 30–40 working days for factory production after receiving your deposit. Small villa lift batches take 15–25 working days. Delivery sea transit time depends on your destination port, we will provide an accurate shipping schedule upon order confirmation.
Q4:Can you deliver goods to my designated inland warehouse instead of the seaport?
A4:We offer door-to-door DDP/DDU logistics cooperation via our long-term freight partners. Just provide your detailed inland delivery address, and we will quote a full logistics price covering sea freight + local inland trucking.
Q6:What if damaged goods are received after delivery?
A6:Please take full photos & video evidence of damaged packages within 48 hours of container unloading and send to our sales team. We will assess the damage quickly and arrange free replacement parts or corresponding compensation as per the shipping insurance terms.
